Be sure to keep your Air Conditioner clean. This improves efficiency, increases life expectancy, and keeps it from working harder then it needs to. Here is a before and after of one we cleaned off for a customer that was having issues. As you can see the coil is coated which significantly restricts airflow causing it to retain the heat.
