Furnace and Heater Repair and Installation

If you live in the south metro and you need your furnace or heater repaired, a Minnesota Mechanical is eager to help you stay up and running.

Besides heater and furnace repair, we also specialize in replacing and installing new furnaces into existing homes and businesses. We work with just about any brand and model, which allows us to provide unbiased options for our customers, allowing you to get the absolute best value.

5 things to get your furnace ready for winter

The best way to assure your furnace is ready for the heating season is to check and replace filters as necessary, verify the thermostat is set to heat and set above the current temperature in your home, and to verify all the vents are open.  It is highly recommended to test the furnace before it gets too cold to assure if there is an issue you can get a service professional out to get it repaired before it is needed and not an emergency service.

What are the benefits of proactive furnace maintenance

Proactive maintenance plans will help extend the life of the equipment, as well as possibly catching issues before they arise and leave you stranded without heat at a time of need. Maintenance plans will not catch all issues, however, keeping the furnace clean will assist in not having breakdowns.

What's the most reliable furnace brand or model?

All furnace models have benefits as well as down sides. Our preferred furnace brand is Payne which is part of United Technologies. The best brands are dependent on the service the contractors get from the distributors in the area, due to part availability and service. We have a great relationship with our vendor to assure we can give the service and satisfaction we strive for.
